RESPONSIBILITIES
As a semi-truck Technician you will help drive the continued success by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. Through face-to-face interactions, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road.

• Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently

• Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other truck fluids, and replacing filters.

Otay Mesa Janitorial Job Description

*Primary Job Duties:

Daily maintenance of our properties throughout Otay Mesa, including, but not limited to:

• Minor landscaping
• Trash pick-up and removal
• Sweeping sidewalks
• Sweeping gravel / dirt out of pathways/roadways
• Removing and disposal of weeds and tumbleweeds
• Reporting any damage to Supervisor of property
• minor landscaping, trash pick-up and removal, yard cleaning, maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment, etc.
• Leaf blowing
• Replacing gravel bags and other BMP items
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry items weighing up to 90 pounds on a regular basis.
• Pulling weeds by roots & overgrown bushes, picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks, gutters and streets with (while wearing proper safety vest) as needed.

Requirements: • Must pass pre-employment background check • High School Diploma • Must be at least 18 years' old • Must be eligible to work in the United States

• English & Spanish speaking is a plus
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry items weighing up to 90 pounds on a regular basis.
